Treatments under guarantee are provided free of charge.

We offer the following warranty period of the dental restoration work, dental products:

AESTHETIC FILLINGS – 1 year

FIXED DENTAL RESTORATION WORKS (INLAY or ONLAY, CROWN & BRIDGE – 3 years

REMOVABLE PROSTHODONTICS (PARTIAL OR COMPLETE) – 1 year

DENTAL IMPLANT (ONLY THE PRODUCT) – 5 years *

Terms and conditions for the validity of the warranty is that you:

– Appear at our clinic once a year after the treatment: control examinations, regular check ups
– Follow the clinical guidelines/care protocol prescribed by your dentist
– Undergo once a year, at the control examination an oral hygiene treatment at our clinic.
– Use the dental restoration work as intended, expose it only to physiological chewing force that does not lead to overloading of the dental work
– Protect your dental work, dentition/jaws, don’t expose it to trauma.
– Settle the financial requirements, you don’t have any unpaid invoice at our dentistry
– Announce, report us the damage or defect of the dental work within 3 days after discovering that
-The basic condition of the guarantee is that the dental work in question was carried out in our clinic

The warranty is void in the following cases:

– The patient does not follow the clinical guidelines/care protocol prescribed by the dentist
– Smoking invalidates the guarantee
– Improper use of dental prosthesis (restoration work)
– Failure to take the prescribed annual dental appointment
– Grinding of teeth, anorexia, bulimia, malnutrition
– Mechanical damage to the denture/fixed restoration work (falling, martial arts) damage caused by chemicals,
– Disease, illness concerning the jaws, teeth, mouth or chewing ability, treatment of systemic, infectious and tumorous diseases
– If our dental work was affected outside our clinic (by someone else)
– In the case of a porcelain veneer: tension of the veneer
– The dental night guard/retainer recommended by your dentist is not worn (properly), the patient cannot present it

* We cannot guarantee the so called osseointegration (integration into the patient’s jaw).
